Joe Biden being creepy

In a column two years ago, one HuffPost columnist warned, "Joe Biden 2020 is a terrible idea in a post-Weinstein America." Why? In part because of his his "creepy" behavior, which has included commenting on the attractiveness of women and grabbing/groping women and children without their approval.
