25LHDVD08-04 Jannetha Vails - Seek To Know Jesus

Isaiah 55:1-3,6 “Ho, everyone that thirsteth come ye to the waters ….” Verse 6 of that chapter tells us to seek the Lord while He may be found and call upon Him while He is near. That is the clarion call of this message. There is insight that He wants to give us to prepare us for what is to come, and give us strategies on how to pray for our families, our children, our nation. The devil has put so many distractions in our path that have separated us from Him and caused us to not be able to hear. Even in ministry we can be bombarded with distractions. If we are not connected with Jesus we cannot get the instructions we need. Before we know it we are looking for other resources instead of going to the source, Jesus. We have to let go of our “normal” and change to His normal. When we are connected to Him, He will give us the strategies to combat the enemy. He has given us authority and dominion over the earth realm but if we are not seeking Him for direction, we can’t really know the truth of what’s going on. He is saying, “Seek to know Me”. She gives us a point by point account of who Jesus is, and then shares instructions on how to seek Him. Drawing deep into the wells of Scripture she provides us with a plethora of God’s pleas to seek Him. Powerful message!
