Detailed Story (Part 16)

In this video I explain the influence that the people who held me ransom had in the city of Portland and my clients connections with the judicial system.

Once the storage unit locks had been changed by the storage unit staff upon the request of my client Barb xxxx and her husband Toshio xxxx, I began to attempt contact. My attempts were by phone, email, and contacting her brother. She only ever responded to me one time and that was with one single email. In that email she made accusations of which i was never able to address in a dialogue with her. After making these videos I searched through the years of emails to find that specific one. I was able to locate it and the details of that email are more upsetting than I remember.

In that email she blamed me for the incident where I was held ransom by xxxx xxxx, his son and xxxx xxxx. What I didn't mention in the video was that I had suspected that there was a chance that the ransom I was held for was planned and orchestrated by not just the individuals who held me ransom but by my client as well. The possibility of this being plausible occurred to me a few years ago, however, after finding and re-reading the email now in 2025, after so many years, I think it it really might have been quite likely that there had been some plan between those two parties to hold me ransom and the plan fell apart when I refused to be intimidated inside of that office located at 2 Monument Square. At that point the people who held me ransom may have gone off script after becoming so enraged and instead tried to kill me. The fact that my client would defend the these people is beyond suspicious and her behavior regarding that incident was very strange from the day it happened when I told her about it on the phone later that afternoon. I wish I had found that email prior to making the videos as I would have spoken about that. Of course it doesn't appear to make sense that a person with so much wealth would do something so seemingly risky for such a small reward, considering 14,000 dollars is nothing to my client and the people who held me ransom, however, they continually exhibited poor judgement and hubris. This common behavior exhibited by my client and the very likely influence they had in the court system combined with the influence that the people who held me ransom possessed just might have been all they needed to go along with such a plan.
