Rumors of RDJ Threatening to QUIT Avengers Doomsday Over Broken Script

Rumors are going around that Robert Downey Jr is upset with the production of Avengers Doomsday and has even threatened to quit the production.

Marvel made waves when they announced Downey Jr’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, MCU, following the character of Iron Man’s death in Avengers Endgame. However, he is supposed to be returning as Doctor Doom instead of Tony Stark/Iron Man. The actor was given a considerable amount to come back to the franchise and that likely includes a guaranteed amount regardless of whether he’s in the movie. It’s unclear what would happen if these rumors turn out to be true, but it’s in keeping with Marvel to rush into production without a finished script.
