29.08.25 Video Credit 'deepWeapons - Three new, modern combat ships are being commissioned into the Russian Navy. The Buyans carry eight launchers for Kalibr cruise missiles or Onyx anti-ship missiles. They are also armed with a 100mm A-190 artillery system. The Kalibras are equipped with a powerful warhead weighing up to 450 kg and have a range of approximately 1,500 kilometers. Onyx supersonic missiles have a 300 kg warhead and can hit ships and ground targets at ranges of up to 500 kilometers.
