A New War in the Balkans to substitute for Ukraine

Alex Krainer argues that the EU parliament needs a new war to divert the public attention away from their policies.
Not unlike Zelensky, if there is war, then no political change is required in the EU.

It seems that the British and some translantic US factions, want to create wars to compensate for their inability to project military power. They would rely instead on inciting wars to project their 'soft' political power.
