Cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies are already amazing separately. But together? GAME OVER. Made these cheesecake stuffed cookies for a family gathering and they disappeared faster than the queso dip 😂
Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking soda.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy
