We see the terrorist casually throw a grenade inside the shelter and Gil jumps onto it to save his kids. He dies in front of them. The terrorist keeps the injured children prisoner inside their home and drinks a Coke from the fridge. The youngest Shai is in shock, quiet and bleeding. Koren cries for his mother and father. A sound that rips and tears at the heart.

On Zikim beach their 17 year old brother Or has been murdered inside a toilet block with six shots to the head.

Shai’s eye was injured and he’s now blind in that eye. The terrorist was eliminated last year. But the trauma will never be over for this family.

We must bear witness.
