Truth is, the people most loved in this world aren’t loved because of their biceps.

That doesn’t mean giving up. Move your body, get outside, enjoy the gift of being alive. But don’t let obsession steal your joy. True strength isn’t just in the body — it’s in how you live, love, and connect.
