Helicopter extinguising forest fires on Rhodes Island

The Sikorsky / Erickson S-64 Skycrane helicopter is extinguishing forest fires on the Greek island of Rhodes by drawing water directly from a hotel pool. 😱

The water tanks of such a helicopter in the firefighting version hold 10 tons of water, so the pool will be enough for 2-3 times.
