Ulverstone Rowing Club – Saturday 30th August 2025 | 10am – 4pm
The community is invited to the Unity in Community 'Save Our Bass' – Costs Vs Benefits Forum & Presentation, a day of open discussion on the future of Bass Strait and Tasmania. The forum will explore the impacts of Marinus Link, offshore wind turbines, and salmon farming, with a focus on transparency, community voices, and balanced perspectives.
Confirmed speakers include Craig Garland MP, Kim Phillips-Haines, Martine Shepherd, Terry Chandler, and a special presentation by Barrister Raymond Broomhall. An open invitation is extended to any Councillor, Politician, Proponent, Business Group, or Community Representative who wishes to speak.
