8-12 reps. 4 rounds.
1. Over the shoulder throws
2. Squat w shoulder to shoulder press
3. Deadlift to forward throws and jump
4. RDL to hands elevated push ups
5. Hands elevated push ups to bear with shoulder taps
6. Log overhead alt leg raises
