Here is the latest Carrie Stevens stream and it is the Victory. In the spirit of the 4th of July I have tied the third fly in a set of four patriotic flies that Carrie Stevens created. Last week was the America and next week will be the General MacArthur. I had already done a video on the fourth fly, the Casablanca. Happy 4th of July. --Enjoy
