This video recipe is not staged. Recorded in the cooking process. These are very tasty cakes that are prepared very quickly. This is Georgian cuisine with some changes. Cheese can take any. I used two kinds. Caucasian soft cheese "bryndza", a little salty, and classic cheese. Mixed in equal proportions. I do not measure the ingredients for the dough, add them in such an amount to get a good dough. The finished cake can, if desired, anoint with butter on top.
