Baltimore city has a lot of crime. You go on their crime data statistic website, and only 1 person died this year from homicide? Some naive person that is moving to Baltimore will buy that, and go there mad and disappointed. This is wrong when they mess with statistics. It can cause a lot of confusion, more deaths, and more crime's. Why are they not rehabilitating these men? Instead they let them out to REAP the benefits of the crime, and become a REPEAT offender. What happened to three strikes which is more than enough times of allowing crimes, before you put them in jail for life.
