Secrets of the Lost Dutchman Mine Revealed in Stone

This video explores the legend of the Lost Dutchman, starting with the Peralta family’s 1840s expedition and Jacob Waltz’s deathbed confession. At the heart of the story are the mysterious Peralta Stones—engraved tablets carved with Spanish inscriptions, maps, and cryptic symbols. Today, they are preserved in the Superstition Mountain Museum in Apache Junction and may—or may not—hold the key to the mine’s location.
