Our intrepid detective, being stonewalled by own department, opted for his old rival Jack Kelso to look into the Suburban Redevelopment Fund. Turns out it's the kind of scheme that rivals Judge Doom's destruction of Toontown to build the 101 through it and Kelso and his old war company raid the squinty-eyed shyster's mansion. But unfortunately, Elsa had become a Deustch Damsel because of a wacky pest control employee.

Will our intrepid detective, Cole Phelps, save his Teutonic temptress before he ends up having to cook his own bratwurst?
