Previous DOD leaders were either incompetent or complicit in this subversive undermining of our most sensitive data and operations. Think about it, this has been going on for over TEN years!

The entire Military-Industrial complex MUST be put on notice. The counter intelligence (CI) problems inside of our government are severe. Each must be rooted out along with EVERY SINGLE politician that benefited from these disastrous policies.
