Richard Luthmann, the hard-hitting investigative journalist and former attorney, unleashed a blistering takedown of YouTube hustler Jeremy “Germ” Hales during a fiery appearance on the Two Lees in a Pod podcast. With courtroom precision and pulpit fire, Luthmann branded Hales a “fake Christian,” “hypocrite,” and “predator” exploiting his audience while hiding behind faith.

Luthmann issued an ultimatum: drop co-defendant Ray “Bonecrusher” Bowen, a veteran with a sick wife, from Hales’s frivolous Gainesville federal lawsuit—or prove to the world that Hales has no mercy. “Blessed are the merciful,” Luthmann declared, daring Hales to act like a Christian instead of a fraud. “He could have made a 30-second video saying ‘I release Ray,’ but he doesn’t have mercy. He’s a very, very bad person.”

The podcast turned into a hellfire sermon as Luthmann hammered Hales’s hypocrisy, comparing him to a modern-day Pharisee. “You cannot be a Christian and be a predator all at once,” he warned, urging true believers to unsubscribe from Hales’s What the Hales channel. “Jeremy Hales has chosen to be a predator, not a Christian. He’s headed for Hell.”

But Luthmann wasn’t done. He laid out a scorched-earth legal strategy to annihilate Hales in court. He promised to file anti-SLAPP motions, demand a $500,000 security bond, and use unlimited discovery tools to corner Hales on lies and hypocrisies. “Admit or deny: are you a Christian?” Luthmann smirked, previewing his courtroom traps.

Even Hales’s lawyer, Randy “Pocket Rocket” Shochet, wasn’t spared. Luthmann vowed to disqualify him under the crime-fraud exception and force him onto the witness stand as a co-conspirator.

The real jury weapons, however, will be Ray “Bonecrusher” Bowen and Discovery Channel’s Robbie Kezsey. “Ray is the best witness in this case,” Luthmann said. “A Florida jury will look at him and say, ‘What’d you do to this poor man?’ Jeremy loses immediately.” Kezsey’s celebrity will only seal the deal.

The verdict from Luthmann is clear: Jeremy Hales is a hypocrite, a predator, and a liar. Christians, unsubscribe now—or risk following him straight into Hell.
