I didn’t eat for three days
My doctor thought I had diverticulitis and prescribed multiple antibiotics—the kind with side effects like headaches, stomach pain, tendon tears, even death. No thank you.
So instead, I tried a liquid diet. And here’s the shocker: the less I ate, the better I felt. My stabbing stomach pain calmed down. I wasn’t bloated. I had more energy. And yes—I even lost 5 pounds!
It made me realize—sometimes our bodies need a reset, not more pills.
