Randy's expertise is born from a remarkable personal journey. He started his career at the rock bottom, digging ditches for four dollars an hour. Facing the additional challenges of Tourette's syndrome, ADHD, and not having a college degree, he refused to be defined by his circumstances. After a particularly bad interview experience in a manufacturing plant, he went on a mission to understand what makes people successful in interviews. By studying psychology, communication, sales, and storytelling, he developed what he now calls the "Fearless Achiever Method."
