Walking through a stretch of coastal bushland that’s slowly disappearing. At twilight, the sun turns huge and red, painting the sky with an otherworldly glow. The devastated land feels almost like a deserted planet. Cheeky traveled part of the way in my backpack, but on the way back, she led the walk herself. An ambient soundtrack captures the quiet, fading beauty of this place.
