This was clearly a spoof of the TV Show "Happy Days", with the King based on Henry Winkler's character Fonzie.
Alongside The King are Big H, Skids, Clyde and Yuka Yuka, plus cheerleaders
Sheena and Zelda.

An enjoyable short cartoon series, with plenty of laughs.
