Amidst the horrible events in MN. I want to talk about the exodus from places like Chicago, Boston, and NY to SW Florida. This isn't a local show, it's about trends. I worry about SW Florida because I saw what happened to CO and parts of Texas when we got influxes of Californians leaving CA. CO has been wrecked and is likely lost, just like other solidly red places like OR and WA, yes folks, they were mostly red places only 25 years ago.
