Massive 7.5 Earthquake — Global Seismic CHAOS Erupts

A magnitude 7.5 earthquake has struck the Drake Passage between South America and Antarctica — one of the most powerful quakes to hit the region in years. The jolt comes as global seismic activity surges to “very high” levels, with more than 500 quakes detected worldwide in the past 24 hours, including multiple magnitude 4+ events across the Americas.
