Hey everyone, it’s Leaflit! Today I’m reacting to Rev Says Desu’s video “Creepy VShojo Officer EXPOSED By Former Talents”, where Veibae (Vei) and Silvervale openly share how VShojo’s CTO, MowtenDoo, was reprimanded for repeatedly messaging them privately and being “creepy”—plus the agency management painted them as “troublemakers” after they tried to leave. Vei also revealed the COO became hostile when she questioned predatory contracts—and even pressured her into signing NDAs, threatened legal action, and blocked Nyanners from exiting when her contract didn’t align with their narrative.

I'm critical of VShojo’s toxic power dynamics and secretive culture—and I fully support the creators who found courage to speak out. Their experiences shine a light on why predatory contracts and emotional manipulation have no place in any creator-first agency.

According to Sportskeeda, Veibae revealed that MowtenDoo (CTO) was formally reprimanded for messaging Veibae and Silvervale privately in ways that made them uncomfortable. She shared:

“MTD got reprimanded for being creepy to us… got told not to message us privately. … he would actively shit‑talk me after I left” 

Veibae also described VShojo’s attempt to force her into an extremely predatory contract, where she was bullied into NDA terms that prevented her from discussing her departure, and threatened with lawsuits when she pushed back. She wrote:

“they demanded I sign an NDA… would watch my streams, read my Discord… then threaten to sue me”.

She exposed how VShojo employees internally painted her and Silvervale as “troublemakers” and deliberately delayed Nyanners’ exit to align with management’s narrative.

These revelations come alongside the collapse of VShojo: after Ironmouse’s scandal and the mass exit of talent, the company officially shut down on July 24.

Creators deserve safe workspaces — harassment from executive staff nullifies any “talent-first” claims.

Power imbalances exploited — threatening lawsuits and enforcing restrictive NDAs to maintain image is abuse.

Voice matters — creators like Veibae and Silvervale took risks to reveal systemic cultural rot—and deserve support.

Break the cycle — agencies must learn: fostering trust and fair contracts is critical, not suppression and control.
