This is an audio recording of Senator John F. Kennedy of Massachusetts reading the Declaration of Independence on WQXR Radio in New York, on July 4, 1957, as part of the station's observance of the Fourth of July.

From 1 Sept 2025 - 1 July 2026 we are releasing 250 episodes to honor our nations 250th celebration. We will cover history, our founding documents and our founding fathers and so much more.
