Kettlebell Swing or DB

This is a great movement for the glutes. If you don't have a kettlebell that's ok. You can use a dumbbell. Wide stance; sit back; have the kettlebell or DB as though you were going to hike a football. Use those glutes to go into a horizontal hip drive which pushes the arms forward and up. Maintain stiff arms and tense the back for stability. You are NOT use the arms to lift the kettlebell. You are using your hips utilizing the horizontal hip drive to push the arm up via momentum. But you do need to have tight arms and upper back to control the weight.
