Councilman Shafer responded to DePriest's Proposal, during the 8/26/25 Special Budget Meeting for the City of Hayden. Shafer points out that DePriest has been for taking the 3% each year,but now wants to do 0% when it could potentially harm the City of Hayden in the long run.
