Ever seen a house shaped like a triangle? 🔺 I brought my boys along to check this one out 👦👦

Today I brought my toddler boys along with me to inspect a very unique property — what I call the “triangle home.” The roof of this house slopes all the way down to the ground, giving it a distinctive design you don’t see every day.

The boys loved exploring the space, and it made for a fun, lighthearted inspection. As a property manager, it’s always exciting to see homes with unique architecture — not only because they stand out in the rental market, but because they attract tenants who want something different than the typical four walls.

Here’s what we did today:

🧹 Considered what cleaning and prep will be needed before listing

📸 Looked for the best angles to highlight this home’s unique design in photos

💡 A home like this can be a big draw in the market — quirky, memorable, and full of character. Now it’s about finding the right tenant who will appreciate it as much as we do.
