Think & read more, speak less

So much of the interaction we have is online and it's almost all toxic. We need to think & read more, understand WHY we believe what we believe and be able to articulate it without reacting emotionally. Hysterical reactions to opposing views reveal the weakness of your position and don't change anyone's minds. Quit consuming the junk food of the self-reinforcing social media algorithm's echo chamber.
