Join me for a full day in property management, where every stop brings something different and no two homes are ever the same.

Here’s how the day went ⬇️

1️⃣ Condo Meeting With the Owner
First stop, I met up with an owner who wants to put his condo up for rent. Funny enough, he wasn’t there when I arrived — so after a quick phone call, he showed up. I guess it slipped his mind… haha! But once inside, we walked the property and discussed the plan to get it market-ready.

2️⃣ A Unique New Property
Next, I went to a property I recently signed on with homeowners who already moved out. This one is a very unique home, and I can’t wait to see how it does once it’s on the rental market. Homes with character always stand out, but they also bring their own set of management challenges.

3️⃣ Smaller Home With a Signed Lease
Then I stopped by a smaller property that already has a signed lease, with tenants moving in soon. I checked up on the condition of the home and made sure everything was on track to be ready for their move-in date. This step is important to avoid last-minute surprises.

4️⃣ Back to the Office
After all the driving and inspections, I wrapped up back at the office to finish up some admin work — because behind every key drop, lockbox, and inspection is a pile of paperwork that keeps everything moving smoothly.

💡 This is the reality of property management: a mix of homeowner meetings, property prep, tenant coordination, and office follow-up. And sometimes, a little humor along the way when owners forget their own appointments.

Another long day, another set of homes checked off the list.
