Martin Lucifer said when Jesus preached repentance, he meant begin a lifestyle of perpetual repentance for your perpetual sinning. Westminster Confession 6.5 says Sin remains in Believers until death. Christians ( especially Protestants) all say "Amen"! Is death the "savior" from your sins? Why can't Christians stop sinning?
