The moment he was knocked unconscious, it started raining — just like when Sugar fainted and her Devil Fruit spell broke. Some say it was Dance Powder, but Smoker shut that theory down. Could Crocodile’s awakened Sand-Sand Fruit have caged the skies themselves? This might be the true explanation behind Alabasta’s drought. What do you think?
