In the video we see a bridge. Not a terrible one but one of many reasons that I recommend that folks fill their brine tanks half full or less when they want to top off. If you use KCl I suggest 2 bags at most and at least once a year let the tank run completely empty. For the softener you can let either salt type run empty and have the tank cleaned during the other equipment's annual service interval too. RO filter change, softener checkup and programming adjustment. Confirming equipment is working and or other home filters point of entry or use service/replacement.
