But on Service Calls, I am more than happy to answer any and every question you might have. Even more helpful tips and insight. I am very passionate about water.

In the video I am showing you a test that was used first to test the product water. It was soft so I reused that test, to run water at the kitchen sink to bleed out the conditioned water, to get to the raw (hard water in this case). When I added some of the raw water the test turned purple. I reuse the test so I know when hard water is running, then rinse out the utensils and get a fresh (new sample) pour and add test chemicals to read the hardness. This home has water that is barely hard, two grains. Soft water is equal to or less than one grain (per gallon). The water turns blue with two drops of the liquid reagent, which means the hardness is equal to or less than 2gpg. I add three more drops to the solution and add one more full sample size to this test. The water stays blue because there is one extra neutralizing reagent drop in the solution. Then I start adding water from the tap and you can see the blue go purple then pink. The next two videos show water that is over 40gpg.
