Man Wanted in Connection with an Armed Carjacking Says He’s Been in and Out of D.C. Jail ‘Six Times’

McADAMS: “One man wanted in connection with an armed carjacking in Maryland told us that, ‘Why are you sending me back to jail? I won’t even be there very long.”

UNKNOWN: “The judge is then gonna say, ‘We’re gonna put him in a three-day hold. Then, once the three-day hold is up, [inaudible] never shows up. I’ve been over in D.C. jail six times for the same warrant. They never show up. D.C. jail has to release me. They release me. It’s the same thing every [bleep] time. The same thing. Every time.”
