What happens when you don't pay your fines

18 pages of cancelled licence suspensions. If you don't pay your fines, they sell the debt to a debt collector and because they got paid, your licence gets reinstated. As the debt collector is a 3rd party interloper and not a party to the contract, you are under no obligation to pay them. They will cry to the tax department that they lost money on the purchased assets and receive a tax break on their next tax bill.
Bwahahaha the government is happy they got paid, the debt collector is happy he gets a tax break and I'm happy, I didn't pay anybody.
