Since the beginning of the war, I have relied on this spot at Nasser Medical Complex as the only window to access the internet especially during the blackout and the siege of the hospital. I risked and struggled just to keep the images alive and reaching the world. Today, this place was deliberately targeted, an attempt to silence our voices and stop us from documenting what is happening in Gaza.
This is no coincidence it is a clear crime against journalists and against the right to know.

منذ بداية الحرب كنت أستخدم هذا المكان في مجمع ناصر الطبي كنافذة وحيدة للوصول إلى الإنترنت، خاصة خلال فترات انقطاع الاتصالات وحصار المجمع. كنت أخاطر وأكافح من أجل أن تبقى الصورة حاضرة وتصل إلى العالم. واليوم، استُهدف هذا المكان بشكل متعمد، في محاولة لإسكات صوتنا ومنعنا من توثيق ما يحدث في غزة.
