Info from Licensor: "Dandelion, a 3-year-old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi, loves to retrieve flopping toys from the pool but his body is not made for swimming. With no legs and no tail, and a fluffy butt that traps air, he tends to lose stability when making turns and ends up rolling like a gas station hotdog. He recently learned how to safely swim without rolling but we were at a party and, in his excitement, he forgot everything he learned--but he was desperate to swim! We put his life vest on to help him have fun, but he rolls even worse with it on. We were able to implement a simple, effective, and hilarious solution to the problem. He remembered how to swim without rolling before the end of the party."
