Got to make this count, though I think it is safe to also get Ogam to Max Level now, as the max for getting RS is 3 high-level characters in a story battle. Since there will be a series of fixed battles with fixed members getting at least Ogam, Arthur, Morgan, and Octavia fully equipped before the next story battles is recommended.
