Since the photo of Jaron Boots Ennis and Canelo Alvarez together in the ring was released, people have felt a certain way. This story has taken legs of its own.

Shoutout to Greg Hackett, Blue Bloods Sports TV, YSM, CJ Good Fella TV, and Bernie The Boxer. I didn't even want to do a show about this, but I have to.

When it comes to being on Code as it relates to FBA's, African Americans, Black Americans, ADOS, Pan Africans, the Conscious Community, or whatever you identify with.

There seems to be some disconnect when it comes to the Code. In the spirit of the great Neely Fuller Jr., I want to explain what being on code means to the best of my ability.

"Being on code" means using a consistent, disciplined personal playbook for what you think, say, and do—so that your behavior produces constructive results and moves the world toward Justice and away from confusion.

In Fuller's terms, your "code" is whatever reliably works to replace White Supremacy with Justice, measured by results—not emotions or trends.
Produce Justice

The code's purpose is to replace the system of White Supremacy with Justice, which is defined as guaranteeing that no person is mistreated and that the person who needs help the most gets the most constructive help.

That's the gold standard you measure every action against.

Your code applies to the Nine Areas of People Activity:

Which is (Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, War/Counter-War). If your behavior in any area doesn't move conditions toward Justice, it is considered off-code.

People act individually but toward a common purpose. You don't wait for an organization, leader, or vote to do constructive things—you codify your behavior to produce Justice.

When it comes to language, you are to use words that reveal truth, promote Justice, and promote correctness. You are to be precise and avoid words that increase confusion.

Your mindset is to treat the code like a procedure: ask questions, get answers, and solve problems starting with the most mistreated/most in need. "Code is something that always works.

"Being On Code = disciplined behavior that produces justice." Without code, confusion dominates every area of life. With code, you have a procedure you can apply to your everyday life.

When you look at the average black celebrity, who would you say fits this definition of "Being on Code?" For the most part, none of them.

According to our good brother, Blue Bloods Sports TV, a member of team Canelo revealed that Boots Ennis reached out to Canelo Alvarez and offered his services to help Canelo beat Terence Crawford.

If that's the case, then that would be considered off code. I don't hold stock in entertainers or athletes, and I seriously doubt these guys have an honor system that they live by.

In closing, Boots Ennis isn't the standard that we as a people should use to uphold the Code, especially when the very same people who are complaining don't live by the code themselves.
