In this commentary I draw contrasts between Canada’s overburdened safety nets and America’s foundations of freedom — self-reliance, the right to self-defense, and the principle that government exists to serve the individual, not the other way around. It’s unapologetic, it’s blunt, and it’s my view.

The point here is simple: freedom lasts, collectivism collapses.
