CARNEY WON'T RULE OUT CANADIAN BOOTS ON THE GROUND IN UKARINE

After getting snubbed from the historic meeting at the Whitehouse of the EU leaders and President Trump, Prime Minister Mark Carney flew to Ukraine. He met with President Zelensky and promised another $2 BILLION of Canadian taxpayer money and WOULD NOT rule out Canadian troops on the ground in Ukraine.
