My comment:

The second stage of the 2014 Tour of the Basque Country took place on Tuesday, 8 April 2014. The 155.8 km stage started in Ordizia and finished in Dantxarinea/Urdazubi. 

It is probable that the fast-flying, cylindrical-shaped UFO flew over the mountain.
