On the First Quarter of the XXI Century... Who is the most responsible Leader in the World?

More than a hundred years after, all ambitions are on the table. The most dominant seems to be the one that commits the worse atrocities against its own and /or to occupy others by force, famine ,forced displacement, and many, many signed Bombs. It is true then that there is an enemy within. And is certainly not us. The Peoples. But them. Our elites and our politicians who's real ambitions are to betray us, and to corrupt the 'Spirit of the Law' for which Bills of Rights and Freedoms as well as our Constitutions have been written for. Our Sovereignty as a Nation and as a well informed citizen, to trade it for how much benefit can they make using us to be mediocre and corrupt. Devolving us all.
