Nathan Payne on the run after failing to show up in court

Three new Congresswomen and one new Congressman from Michigan were sworn in to the 116th Congress in Washington on Thursday. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Rep. Elissa Slotkin, Rep. Haley Stevens and Rep. Andy Levin took the oath of office in the Capitol Building. Marshals say Payne posted a $500 bond but failed to appear for a hearing.
