Bio Hunter is a 1995 Japanese original video anime (OVA) produced by Madhouse Studios and Toei Video, directed by Yuzo Sato and scripted by Yoshiaki Kawajiri.
It is based on a manga of the same name by Fujihiko Hosono, which was serialized in the Scola manga magazine Comic Burger.

The story follows two molecular biologists, Koshigaya and Komada, who are known as "Bio Hunters".

They discover that the monstrous killer is Seijuro Tabe, a powerful politician who has been possessed by a demon, a state described as "Devil-Possessed".
The film culminates in a violent confrontation where Komada, in his controlled demonic form, battles the possessed Tabe, with Koshigaya ultimately administering the final blow.

The OVA is known for its intense body horror, graphic violence, and mature themes, including nudity and grotesque imagery, leading to a rating suitable only for adults.
