The "Longstreet" ABC Movie of the Week was a 90-minute pilot film that aired on February 23, 1971, and introduced James Franciscus as the titular blind insurance investigator Mike Longstreet. After his wife is killed and he loses his sight in a bombing, Longstreet continues his work, aided by his guide dog Pax and, in the subsequent series, martial arts expert Li Tsung (played by Bruce Lee).
