Official Definition of Pity:
* to have feelings of compassion in consideration of another persons condition'
* to show loving concern for anothers well being

The manifestation of pity (or having pity) is mercy, love, and charity
* therefore, one can pity another and do absolutely nothing (by not acting on the concern they have for them)

True Pity, like our Lord & Saviour has for us - will be backed by the manifestation of love, mercy and/or charity. It is proven by Action (doing that which one is capable of, led through loving convern - to help the one pitied)

A perfect example of this, is in the book of Luke 10:25-37
* demonstrating to have pity for another is to have compassion for them
* the manifestation of this compassion is loving kindness -- that is, having mercy on them -- doing that which you can to help them (to help better their condition)

This is #LOVE

And our Lord & Saviour has the upmost of it
* the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. (Jam 5:11 KJV)
* The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. (Jam 5:11 NIV)
* the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. (Jam 5:11 NKJ)

Praise the Most High GOD in the name of Our Lord & Saviour the Messiah Christ!
Blessings brothers and sisters, Shalom!!!
